The 1985 batch IAS officer, Iqbal Singh Bains who is returning from central deputation will now be Principal Secretary (PS) to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Presently he is serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Indian overseas Affairs.
