The 1992 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre, Bipul Pathak has been given addl charge of the post of CVO, National Aluminium Company Ltd(NALCO) in Bhubaneshwar for the poeriod of six months. He is currently posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Mines.
