The Services Department issued Order No. 222 on June 16, 2025, outlining the latest postings and transfers aimed at strengthening governance and service delivery in the National Capital Territory.
Notable Appointments and Transfers
Ms. Dilraj Kaur (IAS: 2000, AGMUT Cadre): Appointed as Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, with additional responsibilities as Principal Secretary, Social Welfare and Principal Secretary, SC/ST/OBC Welfare.
Ms. Nandini Paliwal (IAS: 2003, AGMUT Cadre): Transferred from her role as Secretary, Higher Education & Technical Education and Managing Director, Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation to become Commissioner, Trade & Taxes.
Neeraj Semwal (IAS: 2003, AGMUT Cadre): Continues as Secretary (Revenue)-cum-Divisional Commissioner and assumes additional charge as Secretary, Land & Building.
Pandurang K. Pole (IAS): Appointed as Secretary, Higher Education and Technical Training & Education (TTE).
Krishan Kumar (IAS): Named CEO, Disaster Management, in the Revenue Department.
