The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension of reemployment of IAS Ganji Kamala V. Rao,
A senior and retired IAS officer of 1990 batch hailing from Kolkata cadre, Ganji Kamala V. Rao is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety & Standards Authority of India on contract basis.
With the order now IAS Rao has been granted an extension for a period of one year beyond 31.08.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, on usual terms and conditions applicable to re-employed Central Government Officers.
