Federal US commission sought for sanction against Amit Shah:Citizenship Amendment Bill

The federal US Commission for international religious freedom(USCIRF) said its a dangerous turn on wrong decision and it was deeply troubled over the passage of the CAB in Lok Sabha. According to the bill, members of the Hindu, Sikh, buddhist, Parsi, Jain and Christian communities, who have come from Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Pakistan till December 2014 facing religious persecution there, will not be treated as illegal immigrants but given Indian citizenship.
