Four officers belonging to Indian Administrative Services(IAS) have been transferred and posted differently in Chhattisgarh. The officers are, Govindram Churend has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Mantralaya, Raipur while S Prakash was made Director, Directorate of Public Instructions and K C Devasenapati is now Collector, Surajpur. Besides, Narendra Kumar Dugga has been appointed as Collector, Koriya.
