Indian Administrative Service officer have been transferred in Karnataka. The transferred officers are:
- Ritesh Kumar Singh has been transferred and posted as the Regional Commissioner of Bangalore Region.
- Rajendra Kumar Kataria is the new Managing Director, Karnataka Mining Environment Restoration Company Ltd.
- Gaurav Gupta has been posted Commissioner for Industrial Development and Director of Industries and Commerce department, in the latest round of transfer of IAS officers in the State.
- Gupta replaces M Maheshwar Rao, who has been transferred to Energy department as Managing Director of Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd (KPCL).
- R Vishal has been made Commissioner for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department.
- M. V. Venkatesh is the new Deputy Commissioner of Chickballapur district.
