GST Appellate Tribunal welcomes Justice Mishra after his appointment as its new President.
Lately in a directive issued by the competent authority, Justice Mishra has been mandated for the post of President in the GST Appellate Tribunal.
T the NaMo administration, considering the recommendation of Search-cum-Selection-Committee (SCSC) appointed Justice (Retd) Sanjaya Kumar Mishra as President, Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT).
The former Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, Justice Mishra has been given a tenure of four years or till the age of 70 years whichever earlier.
