Satish Khadke Appointed CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Pune; Focus on Urban Governance and Social Welfare

In a significant administrative overhaul, the Devendra Fadnavis-led Maharashtra government has transferred and promoted 20 senior IAS officers across key departments and municipal agencies. The reshuffle, finalized after extensive deliberations, reflects a focused push toward urban management, land administration, and welfare delivery.

M.M. Suryavanshi (IAS, 2010): Appointed Municipal Commissioner, Vasai-Virar; replaces Anil Kumar Pawar, now heading MMRSRA, Thane.

Deepa Mudhol-Munde (IAS, 2011): Moves from PMPML to become Social Welfare Commissioner, Pune.

Nilesh Gatne (IAS, 2012): Takes over as MD, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation, Mumbai.
