Ms Ghanashyam moved as HC to South Africa

The 1982 batch IFS officer, Ruchi Ghanashyam has been appointed as the next High Commisssioner of India to the Republic of South Africa. Prior to this she was serving as the Additional Secretary in the M/o External Affairs
