The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved new postings for five senior officers of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS), entrusting them with significant responsibilities across key ministries and departments. The details are as follows:
Ms. Meenakshi Jolly, CSS, has been appointed as Additional Director General (Joint Secretary level), National Museum, under the Ministry of Culture. She will serve in this position until her superannuation on 30.09.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, succeeding Shri Ashish Goyal, IIS (1996).
Ms. Garima Singh, CSS, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, for a tenure of five years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. She replaces Ms. Vrunda Manohar Desai, IRS (IT:2003).
Mr Suresh Kumar, CSS, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Justice, up to the date of his superannuation on 31.05.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He succeeds Shri Gaurav Masaldan, IRS (C&IT:1998).
Mr Phool Chand Prasad, CSS, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, up to the date of his superannuation on 28.02.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Mr Dinesh Kumar Verma, CSS, has been appointed as Secretary (Joint Secretary level), Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB), under the Department of Personnel & Training, up to the date of his superannuation on 28.02.2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He takes over from Ms. Nita Kejrewal, CSS.
