NMDC have appointed three non-official independent directors on its board for three years. “Pradip Bhargava, Shymal K Sarkar and S M Nigam have been appointed as non-official independent directors on the board of NMDC Ltd for a period of three years with effect from November 27, 2015 vide ministry of steel order dated November 27,” the company said in a regulatory filing on BSE.
The company had last month informed BSE about the appointment of AK Srivastava, Bhagwati Mahesh Baldewa and Rajesh Mangal as non-official independent directors for a period of three years with effect from November 13.
