P K Purwar appointed as CMD, MTNL

The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of P K Purwar, Director (Finance), MTNL, as Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL).
