An Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, Pradeep Kumar, who is currently posted in Eastern Railway (ER). Now with the new order Kumar has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) with a new posting as Chief Track Engineer (CTE).
