IES officer Prasanth Chandran has been posted on the post of Director in the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC).
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has recently issued a directive through which name of IES officer Prasanth Chandran has been mandated for the post of Director in Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) Secretariat, Dhaka.
A year 2007 batch of IES officer Prasanth Chandran will be serving on the Captive post of GOI under the Ministry of External Affairs vice Naresh Kumar, IFS (2008). He will be handling the responsibility for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
