Appointments Committee of the Cabinet Approves Premature Repatriation of Shri Mebanshailang R Synrem, IAS (AM:2002), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, to Parent Cadre
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has given its formal approval to the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Tourism concerning the premature repatriation of Shri Mebanshailang R Synrem.
Shri Synrem, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service belonging to the Assam–Meghalaya cadre of the 2002 batch, has been serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism.
With this decision, Shri Synrem will be relieved from his current assignment in the Ministry of Tourism and returned to his parent cadre ahead of the completion of his deputation tenure.
The move reflects the Committee’s acceptance of the Ministry’s request and marks an important administrative development within the government’s personnel management framework.
