Repatriation to His Parent Cadre — Approval and Directions
The premature repatriation has been granted to Murli Manohar Singh, an officer of the Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE), 1996 batch, currently serving as Director in the Department of Higher Education.
The Competent Authority has considered and accorded approval to the Department’s proposal seeking the early repatriation of Singh to his parent cadre. This repatriation is being effected on personal grounds, and it shall be subject to the condition of “extended cooling-off”, as prescribed under the existing guidelines governing inter-cadre deputations and repatriation norms.
In light of the approval, it is directed that Murli Manohar Singh be relieved of his current responsibilities in the Department of Higher Education with immediate effect. Upon relief, he is instructed to report to his parent cadre without delay to enable the necessary administrative processes and redeployment as per the norms of the parent organisation.
