The 1983 batch IAS officer of West Bengal Cdare, Atanu Purkayasth has been relieved from the Dept of Agriculture to join Parent cadre. He had been serving as Joint Secretary (Seeds) with the Dept of Agriculture. Purkayastha is all set to join the Government of West Bengal.
