An IAS officer R. K. Sharma is leaving RA&W to join his parent cadre Assam-Meghalaya. He was posted as Press Counselor and Senior Officer in the Intelligence Agency. On his return, the 1983-batch IAS officer is expected to be appointed as Director General, Home Guards and Civil Defence.
