Rabindra Panwar appointed as OSD, M/o Women & Child Development

The 1985 Btach IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Rabindra Panwar has been appointed as OSD in the Ministry of Woman & Child Development, he will take the charge on the post of Secretary, Ministry of Woman & Child Development wef 1 April 2019 on superannuation of Rakesh Srivastava(IAS, RJ:81).
