The 1983 batch IAS officer of MN cadre, Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, presently serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vice Hem Kumar Pande, lAS (WB:1982) on his appointment as Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.
