Official Notification: Premature Repatriation of Shri Rajeev Prakash, Joint Secretary (DoDP)
The Competent Authority has formally sanctioned the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Defence regarding the premature repatriation of Shri Rajeev Prakash.
Mr. Prakash, a 1995-batch officer of the Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Financial Service (IP&TA&FS), was currently serving as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Defence Production (DoDP).

Reason for Repatriation: The transfer back to his parent cadre has been approved on personal grounds, following a specific request or proposal from the Ministry.
Condition of Return: The approval is subject to the imposition of an extended ‘cooling off’ period.
