The 1989 batch IAS officer, Rajendra Kumar has been appointed as Secretary of Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal. He was also Secretary to Kejriwal during his previous sting as CM, is an IIT, Delhi, alumnus like Kejriwal. He was also Secretary in Urban Development Department and handled various departments including Power and Transport.
