IAS Rajesh Khullar and V Umashankar have been assigned key responsibility in Haryana.
With the jumbo restructuring by the Government of Haryana, Retired IAS Rajesh Khullar has been appointed as Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
IAS Rajesh Khullar has been given oversight of seventeen Departments as well as CM Office operations. He is also going to handle the responsibility of legislative business, parliamentary matters, laws and legislation.
