The 1992 batch IRS(C&CE) officer, Rajesh Nandan Srivastava has been given granted with the cadre clearance to take up foreign assignment as Precursor Expert in the Precursor Control Section of the Secretariat of the International Narcotics Control Board(SINCB) in the Division for Treaty Affairs, United Nation Office on Drugs and Crime(UNODC), Vienna in Austria for the period of one year.
