The 1992 batch IAS officer of UD cadre, Rakesh Kumar has been appointed as Sr. DOG, ICMR (JS level, Non-CSS), Department of Health Research from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for the balance period of his overall seven year central deputation tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice T.S.
