- S. Harikishore as Director of Kudumbashree.
- V. Ratheesan as Panchayat Director.
- Kesavendra Kumar as Health Mission Director with additional charge of Food Safety Commissioner and Social Justice Director.
- P. Balakrian as T Mission Director and E Devadasan was made Survey and Land Records Director with additional charge of Registration IG.
