The Indian Foreign Service officer of batch 1986, Ms. Shobhana Kamla Sudarsana Rao has been accorded with the additional charge of the post of Development Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC) at Achuttapuram, Vishakhapatnam from 10 August 2015.
