- Govind Mohan, IAS (SK:1989), presently working as Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, on lateral shift basis vice T.V.S.N. Prasad, IAS (HY:1988).
- Sunil Bharthwal, IAS (BH:1989), presently working as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs vice Shri Govind Mohan, IAS (SK:1989).
- Lok Ranjan, IAS (TR:1989), presently working as Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training vice Devesh Chaturvedi, IAS (UP:1989).
- S.C. Barmma, IPoS(1987), presently working as Joint Secretary, Department of Justice appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture vice Ms. Shefali Shah, IRS (IT:1985).
- Vikram Sahay, IRS (IT:1992), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting vice K. Sanjay Murthy, IAS (HP:1989).
- Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava, IAS (AGMUT:1993) appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs vice Kumar Alok, IAS (TR:1994).
- Ms. Bhawna Garg, IAS (PB:1999), as DDG (JS level), UIDAI, RO, Chandigarh under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology vice Ram Subhag Singh, IAS (HP:1987).
