The 1980 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre, Shaktikanta Das, Secretary in the Dept of Economic Affairs has been accorded with the additional charge of the post of Secretary, Dept of Expenditure during the absence on leave of Ratan P. Watal (IAS, AP:78).
