As many as six officers belonging to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have been transferred by Punjab Government. Accordingly,
- Anurag Agarwal has been posted as Principal Secretary Power.
- R. Venkat Ratnam posted as Principal Secretary Parliamentary Affairs.
- Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary , Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads).
- Anirudh Tewari becomes Principal Secretary, Non Conventional Energy.
- Kumar Anugreh Prasad Sinha has been transferred as Secretary, Science Technology and Environment.
- Veerendra Kumar Meena becomes Secretary, Revenue.
