The 1978 batch IAS officer, Stuti Narain Kacker has been appointed as Head of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) under the Woman & Child Development Ministry.
Kacker retired as Secretary from Disability Affairs, in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. She was heading the management committee of the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA).
