The 1985 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre, Sudhir Tripathy, Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India has been appointed as Director General National Institute of Fashion Technology under the Ministry of Textiles vice P. K. Gera (IAS, GJ:85) consequent on his completion of his tenure by upgrading the post to Additional Secretary level for the period of two years.
