In a major step toward digital transformation in India’s legal and financial landscape, Chief Commissioner of CGST & Customs (Thiruvananthapuram Zone), S.K. Rahman (IRS: 1992) officially launched TAXSCAN 2.0, the upgraded version of the Taxscan.in portal. The event took place on Wednesday at the platform’s headquarters in Hilite Business Park, Kozhikode.

A Digital Leap in Legal and Tax Accessibility

TAXSCAN 2.0 represents a significant advancement in creating a centralized, tech-driven resource hub for legal, tax, and finance professionals across the country. With a sleek new interface, improved navigation, and powerful search tools, the revamped platform offers faster access to real-time legal updates, in-depth tax analyses, and detailed case law interpretations.

During the launch, CEO Abdullah Karuthedakam and CTO Fayaz presented the enhanced platform features to Mr. Rahman, explaining how the redesign aligns with the evolving digital demands of India’s financial sector.

With more than 32 years of service, S.K. Rahman is a distinguished IRS officer known for his contributions in GST enforcement, customs, anti-smuggling initiatives, and fiscal policy formulation.
