Navin Mittal Moved to Energy; Harichandana Dasari Appointed New Hyderabad Collector
In a major administrative reshuffle, the Telangana government has transferred 32 IAS, 3 IFS, and 1 IAAS officer across various departments and districts. The large-scale restructuring, announced on Thursday, is aimed at enhancing governance efficiency, improving grievance redressal mechanisms, and streamlining departmental coordination.

Top-Level Appointments
Navin Mittal (IAS, 1996 batch), who was serving as Principal Secretary, Revenue, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Energy Department, relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania of the additional charge.
Harichandana Dasari (IAS, 2010 batch), previously Secretary, Roads & Buildings, has been appointed as the Collector and District Magistrate of Hyderabad, replacing Anudeep Durishetty.
Dr. Shashank Goel (IAS, 1990 batch) has been designated as Special Chief Secretary and Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi.
Major District Collector Transfers
Anudeep Durishetty has been transferred as Collector, Khammam.
T. Vinay Krishna Reddy has been appointed Collector, Nizamabad, replacing Rajeev Gandhi Hanumanthu.
Sneha Shabarish takes over as Collector, Hanamkonda, succeeding P. Pravinya.
K. Hymavathi has been posted as Collector, Siddipet, replacing Mikkilineni Manu Choudary.

Lokesh Kumar D.S. has been given Full Additional Charge (FAC) as Secretary, Revenue Department.
N. Sridhar has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, while retaining FAC of Mines & Geology.
Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash takes charge as Secretary, Scheduled Castes Development Department, and has also been given FAC of Planning Department and Executive Officer, TGRAC.
G. Srijana has been placed in FAC of Director, Women and Child Development & Senior Citizens.
Chittem Lakshmi has been appointed as Secretary, General Administration Department.
Vasam Venkateswar Reddy has been named Project Director, AIDS Control Society.
Chekka Priyanka has been appointed as Special Commissioner, Information & Public Relations (I&PR), relieving S. Harish of the additional charge.
