S N Terdia, senior Supreme Court advocate, is in the race of Additional Secretary of Legal Affairs. As many as three posts of Additional Secretary have been lying vacant with the Department of Legislative Affairs & the Department of Legal Affairs which may soon be filled with fresh appointment by the third week of August.
