Two IPS officers have been promoted to the rank of Director General of Police in Uttar Pradesh.
The Yogi Aditya Nath led government of Uttar Pradesh has elevated to IPS officers to the rank of DG in the state. The new DGPs will be rendering services in the pay matrix of level 16.
Year 1990 batch Indian Police Services officer Tilottama Verma and IPS Rajeev Krishna (1991 batch) are the ones who have been entrusted the new responsibility as DGPs. The two IPS officers will be notified separately about the new assignment.
