Two new Superintendent of Police have been appointed in the state of West Bengal.
Following a recently issued directive by the state administration of West Bengal names of two IAS officers have been mandated for new roles as SP in the state. Among the two chosen top cops names include IPS Amandeep Singh and Raj Naryan Mukherjee.
Streamlining district policing, IPS Amandeep has been posted as the new SP of Birbhum, IPS Narayan Mukherjee has been transferred to the post of SP, Traffic.
