A year 2012 batch IAS officer Umesh Pratap Singh is not to take charge as Special Secretary of the Backward Classes Welfare Department after a notification from the state administration.
On the other hand, a year 2012 batch IAS officer Umesh Pratap Singh was last posted as the Special Secretary in the Geology and Mining Department. Now with the new order he will now take charge as Special Secretary of the Backward Classes Welfare Department.
