A major IPS Reshuffle is being witnessed in the state of West Bengal.
A major shake-up of police officers in West Bengal has transferred as many as twelve top police personnel with new posting on February 17th, 2014.
Among the IPS officers who have been transferred and assigned new position include the names of senior IPS officer Sumit Kumar (2009-batch), Bhaskar Mukherjee (2009 batch), Supratim Sarkar (1997 batch), Tripurari Atharv (1998-batch), Ashok Kumar Prasad, Rahul De (2015 batch IPS) Abhishek Gupta and Harikrishna Pai Syed Waquar Raza, Meeraj Khalid (2007-batch),V Solomon Nesakumar (2006 batch) and Santosh Pandey (IPS batch 2006).
