Akhilesh Yadav government clears 7th Pay Commission salary hike for state government employees. The Akhilesh Yadav-led UP state cabinet on Tuesday cleared the 7th Pay Commission salary hike for the state government employees.
Reportedly, the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission for the salaries of UP government employees will be in effect from Jan 2017. The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday; meeting was chaired by UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.
