Transferring the DCs of Bathinda, Patiala, Ludhiana, the government of Punjab has given the responsibility to young IAS officers.
Year 2014 batch IAS officer Jaspreet Singh will take charge as DC, Bathinda whereas IAS Sakshi Sawhney will be new Deputy Collector of Ludhiana and Showkat Ahmad Parray has been made new DC of Patiala.
