Sunil Bharti Mittal-promoted Bharti Enterprises lately has offloaded through open market transactions, shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company for Rs 663 Cr.
The shares of Mumbai-based general insurer have been acquired by Axis Mutual Fund (MF), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, Goldman Sachs Singapore Invesco MF, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Societe Generale, and Blackstone Aqua Master Sub-Fund.
