IAS officer Akash Tripathi & Kamal Kishore Soan have been entrusted with new administrative responsibilities at the Centre.

As per a recently issued directive by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet names of senior IAS officers Akash Tripathi & Kamal Kishore Soan have been mandated for new administrative roles at the Centre.

A year 1998-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, Akash Tripathi has been shifted to additional secretary, Ministry of Power from the post of CEO, MyGoV, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.

Simultaneously, Kamal Kishore Soan, Additional Secretary in the Labour Ministry, is now going to be serving as Additional Secretary & Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission under the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation.
