IPS officer Ravinandan BM has been shifted to the AGMUT Cadre after his inter-cadre marriage.
Mr. Ravinandan B M, a 2022-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, has been transferred to the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre.
The transfer was approved following his marriage to Ms. Srishti Bhatt, a 2023-batch IPS officer currently serving under the AGMUT cadre. The move aligns with the existing policy on inter-cadre transfers in cases of marriage between All India Service officers belonging to different cadres.
