In a widespread administrative reassignment, the Uttar Pradesh government has relocated 46 officers, including 2015-batch IAS officer Amandeep Duli. He has now been appointed as an Additional Commissioner in Lucknow, moving from his previous position as the District Magistrate (DM) of Lalitpur. A native of Ananthagiri district in Andhra Pradesh, Amandeep Duli was born on December 8, 1990, and is a Bachelor of Arts graduate. He entered the civil services by securing the 399th rank in the 2014 UPSC examination, the same year Ira Singhal achieved the top position.

His administrative journey includes serving as an Assistant Collector in Jhansi and as a Special Secretary in the state’s Agricultural Production Commission. Before his DM posting in Lalitpur on July 28, 2025, he also held the role of Additional Chief Executive Officer at the Greater Noida Authority, where he was involved in strategic urban planning and employment generation projects.
