IAS Nirmal Kumar has been designated as MD of Bihar State Seed Corporation Ltd.
Following a recently issued directive by the state administration of Bihar, name of IAS Nirmal Kumar has been mandated for appointment as MD of Bihar State Seed Corporation Ltd. A year 2011-batch IAS officer Nirmal Kumar hails from Bihar cadre.
With the norder of transfer and new posting as Managing Director of Bihar State Seed Corporation Ltd, IAS Nirmal Kumar’s new assignment is part of the latest administrative reshuffle in the state.
