Empanelment of 16 IAS Officers for Joint Secretary Posts at Centre

As many as 16 IAS officers have been empanelled for Joint Secretary Posts at the Centre.

The Government of India has released a notification with the names of sixteen IAS officers who have been selected for empanelment from the 2009 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) to hold the prestigious position of Joint Secretary at the Centre.

The list of the chosen officers includes three officers from the AGMUT cadre whereas it has four from the Bihar cadre, and two from Kerala and Uttar Pradesh cadres. Key names in the list include Krishna Mohan Uppu, Sushma Chauhan, Tanvi Garg, J V N. Subramanyam and Kartikeya Misra.
