Extension in the central deputation has been given to IAS Kunal Kumar.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs. Thus the extension of central deputation tenure has been allowed to IAS Kunal Kumar.
Kunal Kumar is a year 1999 batch IAS officer hailing from Maharashtra cader. Kumar currently is serving as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
Now Kunal’s tenure will continue for a period w.e.f. 09.04.2024 to 30.06.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by temporarily upgrading one post of Director to the level of Joint Secretary.
