IAS Gursimar Singh Named ADC Mandi; Aparajita Chandel Promoted as SDM Salooni
In a mid-year bureaucratic rejig, the Government of Himachal Pradesh has announced the transfer of five officers, including an IAS officer, and appointed six newly inducted Himachal Administrative Service (HAS) officers to Block Development Officer (BDO) posts across the state. The reshuffle was formalized through an official notification issued by the Department of Personnel on Thursday.

Gursimar Singh (IAS, 2020 batch)
Transferred from the post of SDM Jawali to Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Mandi.
Aparajita Chandel (HAS)
Promoted and transferred from Assistant Commissioner to DC, Hamirpur to Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Salooni, in Chamba district.
Rohit Rathore
Moved from the position of ADC Mandi to Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Mandi.
The reshuffle also involves the withdrawal of additional charges from these officers, signaling a realignment of responsibilities to enhance administrative efficiency.

Laxman Singh
Transferred from SDM Gohar to SDM Ani.
Narendra Singh
Formerly serving with the RTO Flying Squad, Kangra, he has been appointed SDM Jawali.
